- Pharmaceutical Representation (including calling on Doctors’ offices and Independent Pharmacies)
- Develop new accounts and increase sales figures every month.
- Participate in nationwide Medical trade shows 3 to 5 times a year.
- Prepare Annual and Monthly sales forecast and achieve set goals.
- Organize the set territory in zones and daily routes to improve efficiency.
- As business grows, it will be the candidate responsibility to create, develop and manage a pharmaceutical representative team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong, pharmaceutical sales and management skills are the main requirement for this position. Pharmacists or biologists preferred. The candidate should also be professional and have sufficient drive and initiative to work without direct supervision. Computer literacy is a must, with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
The ideal candidate will have successful previous sales and management experience and be motivated to reach sales goals to develop business and pharmaceutical sales force.
